✅ Step 1 — Make it yours (Duplicate)
If you're viewing this as a template, click Duplicate (top-right) to copy the whole planner into your own Notion account. Everything — all pages and databases — comes with it.
✏️ Step 2 — Fill in your Wedding Details
Open Wedding Details and edit the single record: your names, wedding date, venue, theme and budget goal. The dashboard hero, the live countdown, and the budget target all read from here — change it once and the whole planner updates.
🌐 Step 3 — Set up your guest website (optional)
Open For Our Guests, edit the details, then click Share → Publish (top-right) to get a public link you can put on your invitations.

- 📱 Get the Notion mobile app — snap photos of receipts straight onto Budget lines.
- 🎶 Turn Song Requests into a shareable form: open it → New → Form.
- 🗺️ On Places to Stay, add a Place property and switch to Map view for live hotel pins.
- 💷 Notion Free works for everything except large uploads; Plus (~£10/mo) removes the 5 MB file cap for receipt photos and unlocks buttons/forms.
